Resume should be written for a specific field of activity (even better – for a specific position). Nobody needs a jack of all trades resume. Do not apply for several substantially different positions in one resume at once (such as software developer and sysadmin). As a last resort, compose several resume (for example, one as a software developer, the other as sysadmin) and send only one to each company (of course, the one that suits them best).
