    A person responsible for project management in a translation agency needs all the skills related to planning, setting and completing tasks. In addition, the project manager in the translation agency must know at least two foreign languages (preferably the language pairs that have the most orders from customers)

    Use the Protemos translation business tool. Project management, document storage and financial processes have been completely simplified by this excellent application. They do have videos tutorials on youtube but I don’t think they are necessary since it is a pretty straight forward portal. Not only for administrators but also for vendors.
